Who you're dealing with

These terms govern your use of krisbroholm.com and any products or services sold on it. The site is operated by BRIXBRIDGE (CVR 34274363), Rådhusstræde 15, 1466 København K, Denmark.

What you're buying

• Virtual Summit Jumpstart (VSJ) — a self-paced digital training. Lifetime access to recordings and bonuses upon purchase.
• Total Summit System (TSS) — a 12-week cohort program, available as Group or Private Coaching. Includes weekly calls during the cohort window and lifetime access to all materials.
• Add-ons (Summit Speaker Kit, Instant Summit Sponsor) — digital templates, swipe copy, and recorded workshops.

Refunds

• Virtual Summit Jumpstart and add-ons: 30-day money-back guarantee. Email kris@krisbroholm.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Total Summit System: 2-week, 2-module refund guarantee. Complete the first two modules within two weeks of cohort start, and if you're not confident the program will deliver for you, email for a full refund.

Refund requests outside these windows are reviewed case-by-case but are not guaranteed.

Your account and access

Course materials are delivered through Circle. Access is granted to the email address you used at checkout. You may not share your login or redistribute course materials. Doing so terminates your access without refund.

Intellectual property

All training videos, slides, templates, and written materials remain my property. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business. You may use the templates, scripts, and frameworks to run your own summits. You may not resell, repackage, or republish the materials themselves.

No guarantees

I'll teach what's worked across 25+ events. I can't guarantee that the strategies will produce specific results for you, because results depend on your effort, niche, audience, and execution. Anything you read or watch on this site is education, not a personalised business plan.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRIXBRIDGE's liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers by email. Your continued use of the site after the updated date constitutes acceptance.
