1:1 Coaching

If you have a summit in the works and want an experienced second opinion on it, this is how we do that.

Two ways to work with me 1:1 on your summit. Pressure-test your plan in a single call, or get ongoing coaching and direct access for as long as it's useful.

Who this is for

If you're in any of these spots, this is for you.

You just finished VSJ

You have the plan. You want someone experienced to look at it before you sink three months of work into the wrong angle.

You're already mid-build

Speakers are in motion, the platform is half-set, and you're hitting questions a YouTube video can't answer. You want a sounding board on call.

You'd rather have a coach than a course

You don't want to work through a program on your own. You want to talk to someone who has run this 25+ times and get answers specific to your summit.

Two ways to work together

Pick the one that fits where you are.

Both are 1:1. Both are direct access to me. The difference is commitment and cadence.

Where a sanity check pays off

Three stages where 90 minutes saves you months.

The sanity check is one call at a fixed price, but the timing changes what you get out of it. Here are the three stages clients book it at, and what each one looks like.

Stage 1

Pressure-test your plan

Before you commit to a topic, a speaker list, and a 6-month timeline, you want to know the angle is going to convert. We go through your concept, your audience, your pricing, and the speakers you're considering. You walk away knowing whether to ship the plan as is, change the angle, or sharpen the offer.

Stage 2

Audit your build mid-flight

Speakers are in motion, your platform is half-set, and your registration page is drafted but you're second-guessing every line of copy. We go through what's live, what's working, what's quietly broken, and what to fix first. By the end of the call you know exactly what to ship next.

Stage 3

Catch what bleeds conversions before launch

Your registration page is ready, your emails are scheduled, the launch sequence is queued. We go through the live funnel together looking for the things that quietly bleed conversions: confusing CTAs, weak speaker positioning, a free-vs-paid value gap, a launch-week email that lands flat. You catch them now, not after.

Whatever stage you book at, the deliverable is the same: a 90-minute call followed by a written report with concrete action steps you can pick up the next morning.

Kris Broholm

Your coach

Hey, I'm Kris.

I've spent 7+ years running profitable virtual summits, more than 25 events shipped, $250k+ in front-end ticket revenue, and many multiples of that in back-end sales. I'm the consultant HeySummit refers their own customers to.

Coaching is how I help summit hosts who don't need (or aren't ready for) the full 6-month container. You bring the situation, I bring the pattern recognition from a hundred and one previous calls, recordings, and launches.

Common questions

How is this different from the Virtual Summit Jumpstart?

Virtual Summit Jumpstart is the $27 self-paced training that turns your idea into a launch-ready plan, on your own. Coaching is direct access to me on your specific summit, either a one-off sanity check or ongoing support month to month. Most people do the Jumpstart first, then book coaching when they want eyes on their plan.

Which one should I start with?

If you're not sure your plan is solid, the sanity check is the cheapest way to find out. If you know your plan and you want a coach in your corner through the build, the monthly retainer is the better fit.

What happens after I book the sanity check?

You pay, you get a Calendly link to book a 90-minute slot, and a short prep doc to fill out so the call runs hot from minute one. After the call I send you a written report with your action steps within 48 hours.

What happens on the retainer fit call?

Twenty to thirty minutes. I want to understand where you are with your summit, what kind of support actually moves the needle for you, and whether I'm the right person for it. If I don't think the retainer fits, I'll say so and point you somewhere better. No pressure either way.

Can I cancel the retainer any time?

Yes. Month to month, no contracts, no minimum term. Cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again.

What if I need help on something that isn't a summit?

If it's adjacent to virtual summits, online courses, audience building, or your existing speaker network, fair game. If it's something I can't help with, I'll tell you on the fit call.

Ready to get some eyes on it?

Start with the sanity check if you want a one-shot review. Book a fit call if you'd rather talk first before committing to the retainer.
